It tells us that if we push just a little bit harder then we'll get to where we want to be.
Yet when we do that thing the bar moves farther away from us and we move farther away from our true selves.
If your desire is to be softer with yourself and with others, then you're supposed to be here.
My goal is to help you slow down, to reconnect with yourself, and to live a life that feels good
(not just looks good on the outside).

I meditate

saying yes to things that matter to you,
saying no to anything the blocks you from deep connection with yourself.

Most days I'm working with therapy clients in private practice (which I love) and other days I'm dreaming of ways for us to soothe our nervous systems. Every day includes coffee, good self-care, and connection.
